Trokon Redem McGee is an accomplished development and humanitarian professional with over 12 years of expertise.
Trokon excels in project planning, WASH, livelihood and nutrition programming, education, gender equality, and women’s economic empowerment. Holding a Master’s in International Cooperation & Humanitarian Aid, a Master of Arts in International Relations, and a Bachelor’s in Sociology, Trokon also has certifications in project management, peace and justice, community leadership, and more.
As Executive Director and Head of Programs at Talking Drum Studio: Liberia Peace Center, Trokon led program initiatives, managed funded projects, and ensured organizational excellence. Previously, he served as the Country Representative for Search for Common Ground, demonstrating effective program management and strategic planning. Trokon’s tenure at Concern Worldwide, including key roles during the Liberia Ebola emergencies, showcased his proficiency in donor reporting, grant management, and national-level engagements. Additionally, as a U.S. Department of State International Fellow, he contributed to gender-related training curricula at Kennesaw State University’s Siegel Institute.
