Every collaboration begins with a conversation.
How it works...
1. Initial conversation.
For all our projects, we start with a conversation to get to know each other, to learn more about the services you’re looking for, share about our process and network, discuss budgeting, etc. From there we determine what kind of collaboration, if any, would be the best fit between your needs and our areas of expertise.
2. Creating a plan together.
After deciding to work together we put together a plan that fits with your goals and builds upon our initial conversation. All of our projects and collaborations are customized to your particular setting, including the team for each project, selected from our extensive network of practitioner consultants.
3. Continuous collaboration.
We continue to work with you through the duration of the project, the nature and degree of which will depend on the nature of the work and your needs. We engage with our clients throughout the process to ensure continued alignment with your goals and vision.
A project with us might include…
Peace & Conflict Education.
We all encounter conflict in our lives. Our peace and conflict education offers tools, skills and understanding to face and transform conflict. We share peace and conflict tools, frameworks and skills and how they apply in a wide variety of contexts.
Training Design & Facilitation.
Our approach to training is experiential, dynamic, holistic, challenging, adaptable, personable and engaging. We complete the entire process from training conception and design through facilitation and evaluation.
Global
Perspectives.
Whether this is in education, politics, business, culture, conflict, development, etc. we and our team of affiliated consultants from around the world help you understand and integrate global perspectives into your work.
Conflict Analysis & Intervention Design.
We provide consulting on analyzing a conflict to understand it and its roots more deeply. We also offer design of possible avenues and strategies of response. We focus these services especially at the intercommunal level.
Restorative
Practices.
We offer training, consulting, and direct restorative practice services in a variety of contexts. Restorative practices include approaches to conflict and harm that are rooted in relationships, community and transformation.
