Born on May 25, 1986, in Brewerville City, Montserrado Co., Liberia, Garnahwheh boasts a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the African Methodist Episcopal University (AMEU) and holds certifications in Microsoft package, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), and Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS). With over 7 years of experience, Garnahwheh has been instrumental in significant projects, such as the USAID-Land Management Activity Project (ECODIT) Consortium and the USAID-Liberia Media Activity.
As a Program Designed Monitoring & Evaluations Officer, he excels in report writing, designing monitoring tools, and leading special evaluation studies. Garnahwheh’s proficiency extends to data entry and analysis, demonstrated during his role as a Data Entry Consultant for the Corona Virus Emergency Response Project (LBR-1069). Previously, he served as a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer with Welthungerhilfe-Liberia, contributing to successful mid-line evaluations and realigning project documents. As a volunteer Monitoring & Evaluation Officer for Partners in Development (PADEV) NNGO, Garnahwheh actively contributed to project performance management planning. His commitment to excellence is evident in various roles, including Administrative/Finance Assistant and Data Entry Clerk for USAID-PROSPER Tetra Tech ARD/Liberia.
Throughout his career, Garnahwheh has demonstrated proficiency in tools such as Akvo flow, CTO, SPSS, and Microsoft Office, showcasing strengths in designing questionnaires, cleaning up raw data, and providing statistical insights. Recognized for his outstanding contributions, he received a Certificate of Honor as the Employee of the Quarterly Period from a joint project of USAID and the Government of Liberia.
